Blogging. Oh, it's hot. And it's touted as the miracle tool for interactivity. At least it can be if you (a) have something interesting to say that (b) sets off a positive or negative spark in somebody's thinking and that (c) deserves a thoughtful response. Blogs should start conversations. Unfortunately, too many corporate blogs feature banal truths—opinions that you will nod your head at as you click to somewhere more interesting and thought provoking.
